Marie is co-founder of the Beyond Partnership Ltd. Beyond offers many programmes complementary to NLP as well as Practitioner, Master Practitioner, Trainer Training and AC recognised Coach Supervision Programme. Marie has been a consultant, coach, conference speaker and trainer for over thirty-five years, working with private, public and voluntary organisations. In addition to being an NLP Master Trainer Marie is an AC Accredited Master Executive Coach and an AC Accredited Master Coach Supervisor. She has several post-graduate qualifications including a Masters degree (MA) in Management Learning. She has studied humanistic psychology and has extensive training in group dynamics. She is also certified in Spiral Dynamics and various psychometric tests including FIRO B and MBTI (Step 1 and 2). She brings humour, challenge and compassion to her work.
