Hello! Thank you for visiting my profile page. Allow me to introduce myself.
I work with people to help them understand and shape the narratives of their lives. Whether it is in my new calling as a songwriter and researcher, or drawing on my skills and experience as a business and life coach, leadership development mentor and trainer or active charity trustee. I love working with individuals who are seeking something different in their lives and with organisations who understand that leadership is always about enabling people to grow and give of their best.
I am practicing what I preach by introducing creativity and the art of songwriting into my business practices, making real a dream that I have held for some time. And, as a charity trustee I am working to help our organisation make a difference to the wellbeing of young people in my local area.
I recently completed an MA in Songwriting at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance. I am accredited as an executive coach through UWE, Bristol Business School and through the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring. I am an accredited NLP Master Practitioner and a Fellow of the RSA.
I am an experienced presenter on Project Management and Leadership topics.
I am experiencing life to the full.
