Coach, writer and amateur musician. Still working out who I am. Lucky to be able to spend time doing things I love and working with people who matter to me.

I am an accredited Business and Life Coach, budding author and Programme Management Consultant specialising in coaching and leadership development for project sponsors, managers and team members.
As a business coach, Mike aims to help individuals and organisations improve operational performance through the creation of a coaching culture in teams and the development of a capability for deep self and situational awareness in leaders and managers. Mike believes that it is only through our ability to understand the values, beliefs that drive our own behaviours, and how those behaviours affect and are affected by others, that we can make effective decisions and enable sustained improvement in our own performance and in those we lead, manage and influence.
