We proudly welcomed 16 new Accredited Trainers from diverse professional backgrounds, including coaching, education, organisational development, mental health, and leadership. Their dedication to rigorous training standards ensures that the next generation of NLP practitioners receives consistent, high‑quality learning experiences. With this expansion, ANLP now has 51 Accredited Trainers, strengthening our vision for excellence and collaboration across the field. ANLP for Health Project – A Year of Consolidation and Building Foundations The Steering Committee grew from 2 to 5 active members, broadening the project’s capacity and reach. Key achievements included building a strategic alliance with the College of Medicine and the Integrative Health Convention, developing two frameworks for Stress Management and Healthcare Professional Training, and attending the Integrative & Personalised Medicine 2025 Conference. Four proposals were also submitted for speaking at the 2026 Congress. The Steering Team intends to reboot the project in 2026, recruiting healthcare‑experienced ANLP members to extend the work into the wider Health and Wellbeing sector. Sharing NLP Resources with the Wider World and Celebrating 50 Years of NLP 2025 marked the 50th anniversary of NLP and the 20th Anniversary of ANLP Internaitonal CIC, celebrated with new resources and partnerships.This milestone provided an opportunity to honour the pioneers of NLP while celebrating ongoing innovation and professional integrity. ANLP focused on increasing visibility and accessibility of NLP resources, publishing new articles, strengthening partnerships with professional bodies, and expanding community engagement. The growth of the ANLP Community demonstrated a vibrant, active network committed to learning, collaboration, and raising standards worldwide. These initiatives ensure that NLP continues to thrive and evolve as a respected contribution to personal and professional development. Welcoming New ANLP Ambassadors Across the World ANLP welcomed new Ambassadors to champion ethical NLP practice globally. Ambassadors play a vital role in supporting ethical awareness, raising visibility for the profession, and connecting ANLP with broader networks. In 2025, new Ambassadors were appointed across diverse regions and professional fields, each selected for their integrity and dedication to promoting NLP values. Their leadership and energy extend ANLP’s reach and strengthen its reputation, ensuring accurate information about NLP is shared widely and responsibly. Celebrating New Member Verified Certification Upgrades ANLP expanded Verified Certification pathways for members in 2025. This year saw the introduction of additional Verified Certification Upgrades, including Supervisor, Master Trainer, Coaching, mBit, Linear Time Techniques, RTM Protocol, and Hypnotherapy. These enhanced pathways provide members with greater visibility and credibility while offering the public clearer ways to identify specialists with advanced, reputable skills. By broadening these professional distinctions, ANLP continues to support excellence, celebrate practitioner development, and strengthen the integrity and diversity of the NLP field. A Fresh New Look for the ANLP Website ANLP unveiled a redesigned website with improved navigation and member access. The redesigned home page and updated Members’ Area provide a more intuitive, modern, and user‑friendly experience. Visitors can now find information more quickly and easily, while members benefit from streamlined access to resources and opportunities. This upgrade reflects ANLP’s commitment to transparency, professionalism, and continuous improvement, strengthening our digital presence and supporting our growing global community.
