Hello, I'm Cornelia and I work with high achieving women in male dominated industries to help them step into their next leadership role with impact.
I spent almost 20 years in the Commodity Industry (specifically dealing with lead, zinc, copper and steel) in roles ranging from translator to trader to Chief Executive Officer and pretty much everything in between. It’s a fast paced industry where you need to think outside the box to solve problems, and I loved it. What moved me forward was a sense of curiosity and a quest to make things better, whether it was saving the business money or helping my colleagues to get the best out of themselves. This has given me a clear understanding of what it means to succeed in a male dominated environment.
When I started out in business on my own I quickly realised how mindset is so intricately interwoven with success. Many of us struggle with feeling that we are not good enough (imposter syndrome), are overwhelmed by juggling life’s demands, or our perfectionism holds us back. I use NLP techniques to help create positive mindset strategies.
