My passion is to help people break through their current stuck situations so that they can then feel inspired and achieve bigger longer term goals. My main focus is helping you re-discover your Life-Force, to live a successful and joyful life.
This may involve overcoming anxiety, renewing your motivation for life, releasing those old emotions and beliefs that have held you back, to create space for the new zestful life you really want for yourself. I'm a Master Coach/Practitioner of NLP, Timeline Therapy(TM) and Hypnosis, having qualified with David Shephard and the Performance Partnership. I'm also accredited by the Coaching Academy with a diploma (distinction) as a Personal Performance Coach With 20 years in team leadership, project management and continuous improvement in a large corporate, I also support people who want to build or improve their own Business, from creation of their initial business plan and strategy, to growing their company and embedding a continuous improvement culture.
