Hi, I've just joined ANLP.
I work as a Well-being Mentor.

I share great strategies with people so they can get from where they are now to where they want to be much faster.

From an early age, I have believed there are no such things as problems- only solutions. I am passionate about working in a holistic way to create positive benefits for mind body and spirit.

After more than 25 years within the results-driven environment of the corporate world, I retrained in 2005 as a Personal Coach.

My philosophy is to offer a high level of service to my clients and since 2005, have continued to expand my knowledge and own professional development by training in NLP, Emotional Intelligence, Hypnotherapy, Laughter Yoga, Reiki and Animal Healing.

I am passionate about motivating people and helping them reach their full potential through positive changes.
