Edward Grey

Ed Grey is the ANLP Regional Ambassador for the Isle of Wight.

Ed is an established coach & trainer, having accrued significant experience across a broad range of performance improvement engagements. He is a qualified Executive Coach & Leadership Mentor, a qualified Performance Coach, a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a qualified Hypnotherapist, and a Clinical Practitioner of NLP. As a person committed to his own on-going learning, Ed continues to attend training events, coaching supervision and seminars and actively supports research into the efficacy of coaching, leadership mentoring and NLP. Ed is a coach & trainer member of the EMCC, ACUK & ANLP.

Ed has worked across a wide range of commercial environments, initially specialising within Procurement & Supply Chain Management. His clients have included blue chips, public sector bodies, SME’s & Micro businesses across numerous sectors including Financial Services, Central Government, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Recruitment, Education, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT and Logistics. Most of his coaching clients have been business leaders, managers and team leaders. He also works with teams to optimise performance (team coaching and training) and helps organisations mature their business HR and L&D functions.
