My purpose in writing this article is to highlight why supervision is becoming more important in NLP and to provide an example of how NLP can develop supervision models that really serve the NLP practitioner coach. In the past, NLP trainers and master practitioners wanting to train in supervision had to rely on coach-based trainings, which may or may not include NLP approaches. There is now a pathway available to a specific NLP Supervisor Certification to redress this lack. I will also share an example of how NLP adds value to traditional coaching models of supervision....
