ANLP Roles

As a Master Trainer of NLP and Master Coach, based in Bolton UK, Rod has spent over 10 years transforming lives for professionals in healthcare, human resources and leaders passionate about making a difference.  His career has always involved developing others as a golden thread.  Corporately, Rod has worked as a vocational trainer, an Area Manager for an international educational franchise then found his place in Learning Development and Organisational Development in the National Health Service (NHS) for over 18 years.  This is where Rod first came across coaching and started to get curious about myself.  It was whilst Rod began to look forward and explore myself, that he came across NLP.

When Rod joined an NLP Practitioner Training in wintry Salford, Greater Manchester, he had no idea that it would be the catalyst of an amazing journey taking him out of his world, around the world.  Nor did he realise that he would embark upon a new exciting and rewarding career incorporating travel to Europe and USA.

Rod discovered that NLP is the difference that can make the difference in so many ways and it’s his mission to share (and demonstrate) this.  He is passionate about creating change in people so they can connect to who they really are.  Rod knows anything is possible when you release your potential and love those satisfying moments when his students surprise themselves by their achievements!

Rod has a BA in Public Administration (Hons), is CIPD qualified, MBTI, SDI and CMI in Coaching.  He trained in NLP with Quest for Success,  Master Trainer Christine Dawson who inspired him to go so much further.  In 2019 Rod completed Hypnosis Trainers Training then Trainers Training with the Tad James Company in the USA.  Later on that year he completed, Time Line Therapy™ Trainer and NLP Coach Trainer.  Rod started the Business Accelerated Training and Business Master Development Programme (BAT) with Quest for Success, culminating in Master Trainer in May 2025.

Being a member of ANLP primarily means belonging. I feel that finding fellow souls and a place really matters, so I am excited by the support and connections that membership of ANLP brings. It’s early days for me as a member, so am looking forward to more.
