For over 35 years, I’ve helped leaders and coaches use NLP skills to communicate more clearly, build trust and get better results from the people they work with.

I first discovered NLP back in 1989 when I picked up Richard Bandler’s book Frogs into Princes. What struck me wasn’t just the ideas, it was how practical it was. NLP showed me how behaviour is created, not just why it happens.

That insight changed how I approached communication, leadership and coaching, and it’s been at the heart of my work ever since.

NLP for Business, Leadership and Coaching

I work with leaders, business owners and coaches who want to communicate more clearly, build trust and get better results from the people they lead and work with. I also support NLP practitioners and coaches to get clear on how to develop and grow their NLP or coaching practice, so they can apply their skills with more confidence, direction and impact.

My focus is simple: helping you use NLP skills in real workplace situations so they become part of how you think, lead and communicate every day.

Since 2005, I’ve delivered accredited NLP training to hundreds of business professionals, supporting them to apply these skills while managing people in the workplace, not just learning theory, but using them where it matters.
