Hello, 

And thank you for having a look at my profile. I was first introduced to the world on NLP in 1989, when I read the book by Richard Bandler, Frogs into Princes.

I loved the way the NLP works with how we create our behaviour, rather than why we create behaviour.

I am passionate about bringing NLP skills into the workplace to help leaders and coaches enhance their communication skills for motivating and developing the people they lead. 

Since 2005 I have been delivering Society of NLP Business Practitioner, NLP Business Master Practitioner and NLP Business Coach training in the UK, Middle East and India

In 2010 we undertook an NLP Business Practitoner training programme for over over 40 NHS Managers in two UK regions an I have an Audit Report on this - if you would like a copy please get in touch

I also deliver a range of corporate NLP based online courses, and have most recently worked with Bayer Pharmaceutical, Vodafone and Qatar Foundation

My training are now a blend of online and workshop based NLP Courses

I have developed a Self-Learning online training course How to Use the NLP Meta Model in Business, designed to introduce business and coaching professionals to the power of using purposeful and structured questions, to gain clarity in all situations, which is avalable for ANLP Members at at 75% Discount HERE

I met Fiona Campbell back in 2012 when she delivered the NLP Business Practitioner and I became first qualified. The skills I learnt were transformational for both my business and home life. Therefore when Fiona returned from the Middle East I was only too eager to attend her next course the NLP Business Master Practitioner. Since then, I have attended and assisted Fiona with the NLP Frictionless Communication for Leaders and Coaches, and we now have a range of courses that we deliver through my company Hart Training and Recruitment.
