Geoff Duncan

I am as much a skilled and qualified practicing professional coach, as I am a skilled and qualified practicing professional trainer of coaches. 

Through my coaching and training, my mission is to help you experience more of what you want your life to be about and to support you in making the changes you desire to achieve that with ease and grace. In turn, through my trainings, I seek to help you coach others to achieve that same outcome for them. As a result, whether you are new to Coaching or NLP, or experienced in one or both of them, there is a great benefit to us connecting.

I am dual qualified in NLP and Coaching to the highest level. I am a Master Trainer and a Coach Master Trainer (IANLP, IN and ICI). I am also certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) and by European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) as a Master Practitioner (EIA) and Coaching Supervisor (ESIA). I work with coachees and supervisees both individually and in group contexts. I also provide a range of training courses which include all levels of both NLP and Coach training. I also provide professional supervisory services to Coaches and to those using the NLP modality. Most of my coaching and supervision are by Zoom, whilst my trainings are a mixture of zoom and in person.

I had an extensive and successful corporate career until 2011. Since then I have been running my own coaching, supervision and training business. Along the way I have clocked up considerable expertise in adult tertiary education including supervising and delivering postgraduate research into Coaching and NLP. I am origanally from the UK but now live in New Zealand with my wife and I have four children.
