Executives and Senior Leadership Coaching is a formal and effective investment in leadership potential. Continuous personal development through coaching and mentoring provide two of the most effective ways for leaders to acquire new skills that will keep each: current, resilient, inspired and playing to their strengths.

Lynne Copp is a business leader, has sat on the Board of two NHS organisations and has had a previous senior career in a major global organisation. She is an Organisational Development expert, Executive Coach, Leadership Developmnent expert, Author and Public Speaker. Lynne is retained as an Executive Coach and consultant by many organisations and works with Boards and Senior Leaders to create transformational change in leadership environments and culture.
Lynne is dedicated to improving outcomes for women in leadership and her expertise in gender, leadership and worklife balance continues to be the topic of studies and speaking engagements. She published award-winning book: Dancing Round the Handbags®, which is a coaching resource to support women to achieve their potential whilst balancing work and life. She is currently writing on the topic of organisational leadership culture balance.
She is an inspiring coach and mentor who not only creates motivation for change, but also delivers solutions relevant to today’s business, people and leadership environments.

Lynne has been a coach for over 15 years and has thousands of hours of coaching experience. She holds dear her own continuous personal development and active involvement in the Professional Associations that add value to her career as a coach, and therefore the experience for the client.
