NLP Practitioner & Therapeutic Coach - Currently undertaking NLP Master Practitioner training.

I began my NLP journey in 2024, completing an NLP Diploma before progressing to NLP Practitioner certification. I am currently completing my NLP Master Practitioner training, with a growing focus on emotional regulation and practical application within family and educational environments.

Alongside my NLP training, I have completed a Therapeutic Coaching Diploma integrating the TGROW coaching model, values work, embodied awareness and reflective practice into my work. I am also trained as an mBIT Coach, 

Professionally, I work within an early years nursery setting in a leadership and administrative role, working closely alongside the owner. My role involves supporting staff and families, safeguarding awareness and reflective practice within a regulated childcare environment.

Alongside my professional role, I bring lived experience as a parent, including supporting neurodivergent needs within my own family. This has deepened my understanding of state awareness, structure and adaptive communication in emotionally heightened moments.

I am also a volunteer leader within Girlguiding, where I lead structured sessions supporting young people to build confidence, emotional awareness and self-belief.

I have developed a practical framework (C.A.R.E. – Check in, Acknowledge, Release/Reframe, Extend kindness) to support parents and educators in developing greater self-awareness and responding calmly and intentionally throughout the day.

I am particularly interested in continuing to develop the ethical and practical use of NLP within family and educational contexts.
