Welcome to my ANLP profile.

I’m Stefan, an NLP Master Practitioner based in Leicester, working with clients both in person and online.

I help people create meaningful emotional change when people feel stuck, overwhelmed, held back by the past, or caught in patterns they can understand intellectually but still cannot seem to shift. My work is especially suited to people who want something direct, thoughtful and effective rather than endless analysis.

People often come to me when they feel:

  • emotionally drained or stuck
  • pulled backwards by the past
  • caught in painful relationship patterns
  • overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, shame or self-doubt
  • disconnected from themselves, their confidence, or their future

My approach is NLP-informed, practical and collaborative. I am interested in helping people create real change in their lives.

A lot of the people I work with are bright, capable, self-aware and sometimes already know a great deal about why they feel the way they do. What they want is not more explanation. They want to feel different. They want to be able to move forward with more ease, more self-possession and more choice.

Which is where this work comes in.

I use NLP principles alongside a number of structured change processes I have refined in practice to help reduce the pull of painful memories, old patterns and future fears. This can include work with emotional charge, intrusive thoughts, self-image, younger parts of the self that still feel stuck in earlier experiences, and the patterns of feeling and behaviour that have grown around those experiences over time.

My style is calm, focused and collaborative. I am not interested in imposing interpretations on you or forcing you into a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, I work with what is most active and relevant for you, and help create the conditions for meaningful change to happen in a way that feels both effective and manageable.

Clients often notice that they feel:

  • calmer and more present
  • less emotionally pulled by the past
  • clearer in their thinking
  • more grounded and solid in themselves
  • less reactive and more able to choose how they respond
  • more hopeful, capable and future-focused

For me, that is always the real test of good change work: when changes persist and genuinely improve quality of life.

We begin with a consultation so I can understand what is going on for you, what you want to change, and whether the work feels like a good fit. If we decide to work together, sessions are tailored to you. Some people come with one clear issue they want to resolve. Others come with a broader sense of feeling emotionally stuck, overwhelmed or held back. In either case, the aim is to help you make real progress.

Alongside client work, I am also interested in refining and teaching elegant, reliable NLP-informed methods for emotional change. These include processes I currently call Reclaim Your Power, Create Your State, and The Supported Self Method — all designed to help people reduce the pull of old material, access inner resources more easily, and move forward from a more empowered place.

TRAINING
I am also a licensed trainer for Connirae Andrea's Core Transformation process, and deliver training on other approaches at various times across the year. Online training is available from time to time.

A Transformation in Four Appointments

Stefan was recommended to me by my Osteopath who I was seeing regularly following a serious traffic accident with an articulated lorry. After struggling on my own post accident for over 9 months I decided I was ready to talk about it. Stefan made me feel comfortable, no matter the task, and I now find that the accident is an event to be acknowledged in my diary but no longer eats me up or wakes me upat night. I can' thank him enough and will return if I ever need a top up.
