Hi, I've just joined ANLP.
I believe that everyone has great potential, and love to support people and organisations in discovering their talents and nurturing them, both in a business and personal context.
I regularly work with teams and individuals to bring clarity of thinking that enables them identify and appreciate their strengths, to cut through the distractions to focus on the key goals, and and grow in confidence and capability on the journey to achieving them.
I have 15 years experience in managing people, ranging from teaching, running operational teams to leading project teams. Through excellent team leadership, and building capability and commitment, I have delivered strong results. I have a BA (Hons) in Management and French, I am a qualified practitioner in NLP, and can use a range of psychometric tools.
