Hi I’m Caroline Knight and I’m based in the UK.
I co-founded The Aspire & Thrive Partnership. I am a Personal Development and Leadership Coach. Master NLP Practitioner, Ch.MCIPD, behavioural profiler and cultural skills trainer and instructor. My key focus lies with individuals, relationships, wellbeing, communication and behavioural change.
I help leaders and managers to focus inwardly on themselves in order for them to discover and develop better personal awareness, creating wellbeing for themselves and enabling them to lead others more successfully. Clients build strengths and unlock resources and potential and use it to bring themselves positivity, happiness and success. I work with leaders and organisations to create more mental, physical and emotional wellbeing in their leadership of others.
I have an eclectic coaching style creating space and time that builds in personal resilience, adaptability for a more balanced productive life.
