Daksha Malik

Hi, my name is Daksha Malik and I am the ANLP Regional Ambassador for the West Midlands.

I specialise in the provision of NLP, mBIT and HeartMath Training and Coaching for Business and Healthcare Professionals. I am a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP, a licensed mBIT Coach and Trainer, a licensed HeartMath Trainer and Certified Practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

As an experienced and motivated Leader with 17 years corporate experience I now effectively combine my business acumen with my NLP skills to produce a portfolio of high impact training programmes, many of which are tailor made to specifically meet the needs of my clients, and which have been successfully received in both the Private and Public Sectors.

I see myself very much as a facilitator of change for individuals and organisations and my creative and flexible approach, coupled with my energy and drive are a reflection of the way that the business operates. I am passionate about the work that I do and this is very evident in the results I achieve.

Amongst numerous other bespoke trainings, I am responsible for designing the UK’s first ever NLP Diploma Programme for Preceptorship within the Healthcare Sector – this programme was designed around the guidelines detailed in the Department of Health preceptorship framework for newly registered nurses, midwives and allied health professionals. The objective of the training is to support newly graduated practitioners in the first twelve months of service, guiding them from student to fully autonomous practitioner in their chosen field of practice.

In 2014, I was introduced to mBraining and qualified as an mBIT Trainer and Coach. What excited me about mBIT (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques) is how it marries together ancient esoteric practices and modern neuroscience and picks up where NLP leaves off, which has meant that I have been able to take my NLP skills to a much higher level.
