I am passionate around helping my clients to acheive less anxiety and depression. I have seen wonderful and positive changes amongst my young female clientele.
So far I have focused on lessening the impact of trauma with my clients. Helping them to move forwards and cultivate more helpful beliefs.
I stand for authenticity and strive to guide my clients towards their goals.
