Over 20 years in sales, marketing and communication focused on digital, data-driven and direct behavioural marketing and communications.

I have a level 7 postgraduate diploma in data-driven marketing with a certification in behavioural economics from the Institute of Data and Marketing and am a professional member there. 

I hold a PDA in eMarketing (now the level 6 diploma in digital marketing) from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

I am Certified in Data Science Fundamentals by Microsoft and Customer Experience by Cranfield University.

I am a certified NLP practitioner having trained with John Cassidy-Rice from Training Excellence.

I have also been trained in Active Listening and Crisis Negotiation by Ex Scotland Yard hostage and crisis negotiator and trainer Richard Mullender of the Listening Institute and am certified in Behavioural Observation and am training in Behavioural Profiling with Apllied Behavior Research. 

I am currently exploring the use of NLP and applied behavioural psychology within marketing and communication in two key areas: promoting positive social change and serving as an analytical tool to identify, understand, and safeguard ourselves and our loved ones from undue influence, coercion, and control.
