When I first started running this program in the Himalayas over nine years ago, I had a feeling it would be something special. What I didn't anticipate was just how profound it would become — not just for the people who joined, but for me personally. Every single time I go back to those mountains, I am reminded of something I deeply believe: that we are all so much more than we think we are, and that the right environment has an extraordinary way of showing us that.
The Himalayas do something to you that's hard to put into words. There's a stillness there, a vastness, a kind of quiet power that naturally begins to dissolve the noise we carry around in our everyday lives — the self-doubt, the limiting beliefs, the patterns we've grown so accustomed to that we've started to mistake them for who we are. And it's in that dissolution that something real begins to emerge. A clarity. A groundedness. A sense of coming home to yourself.
Over 12 days in the breathtaking Spiti Valley, you'll learn NLP not in a classroom but through life itself — living alongside Buddhist monks whose inner certainty and happiness is something you'll want to understand and model, sharing meals with warm locals who have so much wisdom to offer, hiking through landscapes so stunning that your mind simply can't help but open up. Every experience is intentionally designed to bring something new out of you, to gently challenge the way you've been thinking and being, and to create the conditions for deep and lasting transformation.
This isn't about being pushed to a breaking point. It's about being supported to grow beyond what you thought was your limit — and discovering, with a great deal of warmth and laughter and community around you, that you were always capable of so much more. You don't need to arrive fearless. You just need to arrive willing, and the rest will take care of itself.
