This is the residential arm of the programme which offers the opportunity for accelerated intensive learning to integrate knowledge and skills to Masters standard.
I am delighted to be offering this ANLP accredited Masters Practitioner Course. Mastery is both a science and an art, suggesting an integration of knowledge and practice into our personal and professional lives. Following John Grinder, with whom I completed my Trainer Training, we use the following criteria for achieving mastery in the context of NLP as:
Our intention is to provide the conditions for you to learn to the standards suggested by these three criteria. Our design hinges around ensuring that delegates embed what we understand Richard Bandler to mean by the `spirit and attitude’ of NLP. It is so much more than a set of techniques, it is a set of valued principles and a complete model.
You will learn on multiple levels through different means. For example;
Our aim is for you to develop your NLP application to the point of unconscious competence. In this process, you will pay attention to the question of what, precisely, excellence means for you, and understand principles of how to model and attain excellence
Mastery, like balance, is dynamic– it’s not about saying `I’ve done the Masters, now that’s it.’ It’s about constantly moving towards new levels of excellence using principles that you already know, tweaking here and there, integrating language patterns, deep rapport, learning to notice, initiate and respond accordingly.
The course will be delivered and experienced in a modular form, providing optimal access and best quality learning.
The residential arm of this programme will take place amidst the astounding beauty of the Yorkshire Dales at Loxley House, Hawes. In this exciting six day event, tutor led, dynamic and interactive, you will have the opportunity to:
The course is ANLP accredited through its Director me, Dr Jan Russell, and on successful completion leads to the award of Master Practitioner NLP. I'm excited to be offering this first largely in person course since 2019, and it is one of the courses which I love the most, as the level of shift and change brings a specific energy. My intention is to support students to be their unique selves, to assimilate their learning within their own styles, to enjoy it and make it useable, valuable, for the rest of your life.
I am working with colleague and trained NLP trainer Mel Yea. We believe that co-tutoring broadens the experience of the learner and expands the capabilities of all concerned, producing the best and most enjoyable learning experience. Please get in touch if you would like more information or to book onto the course.
