A self-confessed health and well-being fanatic, I am able to deliver NLP coaching, enhanced through the practice of yoga to empower others.

A self-confessed health and well-being fanatic, my day job as a vendor relationship specialist pays the bills and I get to use my skills, however, my goal is to deliver NLP coaching, enhanced through the practice of yoga to bring joy and empower others to be the best version of themselves.

I qualified as an NLP Master Practitioner in 2019, and qualified as a 200hr yoga teacher in 2021, so its time to get the big girl pants on and take control of my destiny!
