Hallo,

I’m Elle, and over the last eight years I’ve supported hundreds of people to reconnect with their wellbeing through training, coaching, community education, and holistic practices. I founded the health-education non-profit Eat For Health in 2017, delivering workshops to close the gap between 'what people are told about health' and what the research-evidence actually shows. In 2023, I opened Harmony Within- a wellbeing studio, training hub, and community space where I offer NLP trainings, wellbeing courses, and coaching (if Somerset is a bit far for you, 1-1 sessions are available online too).

I'm passionate about

I support people experiencing mental or physical health challenges who want to become more well in body and mind- whether that’s overthinking, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, burnout, challenges with weightloss, or a sense of disconnection from who we really are. My work is dedicated to supporting emotional healing, restoring balance, and helping to rediscover personal clarity, confidence, and direction.

Areas of Specialism

I specialise in helping people understand what’s really going on beneath the surface- the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and past experiences that shape how we think, feel, and respond to life. Clients often tell me I have a deeply intuitive and gentle way of sensing where they’re stuck, even when they can’t yet name it themselves.

My work is particularly effective for people who feel blocked, overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from themselves.
I support clients to:
• Release long-held limiting beliefs and the emotional patterns they’ve been rooted in
• Break through stuckness and regain clarity, confidence, and direction
• Move forward after difficult experiences, relationships or life chapters
• Quiet disruptive or negative thinking and reconnect with the present moment
• Build self-esteem, inner stability, and self-trust
• Shift deep-rooted habits, reactions, and automatic responses
• Develop calm, grounding, and emotional regulation skills
• See new possibilities they couldn’t see on their own
• Feel more like themselves again

Whether in 1:1 sessions, courses, or practitioner trainings, people describe my approach as safe, deeply calming, intuitive, and grounded. Again and again, clients tell me they leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more empowered, with a renewed sense of who they are and what’s possible next.

What I Care About

At a time when so many are struggling, I’ve found NLP to be a profoundly supportive and transformative path back to wellbeing. I care deeply about people and want to share this opportunity for whole-self healing. My work is rooted in the belief that when we heal ourselves, we naturally contribute to a more connected, compassionate world. What sets me apart is my blend of evidence-based public health training, trauma-aware mindfulness, and holistic mind-body practices, brought together with NLP in a grounded, gentle, compassionate way. I’m not here to “fix” people, my role is to support people back to themselves.

How You Can Work With Me

1–1 Sessions (Online or in Shepton Mallet)
Warm, collaborative and gently transformative sessions exploring what’s beneath the surface, shifting unhelpful patterns, and reconnecting you to the life you want to live through conversation, mind-body tools and guided practices.

NLP Trainings in Shepton Mallet
In-person trainings run once a year with a small cohort of ten participants, creating a deeply personal and supportive learning experience.

Bespoke Wellbeing Programmes & Talks
I partner with organisations to support their teams and the people they serve. Somerset Council currently funds my holistic community wellbeing programmes, which include empowered weight loss, stress management, improving relaxation, recovering from burnout and fatigue, and mental health support for depression and anxiety. These sessions offer practical, evidence-informed tools to reduce anxiety, lift low mood, and build long-term emotional resilience.

How to Know If We’re a Good Fit

You’ll know I’m the right fit if you’re looking for someone warm, grounded, intuitive, and also evidence-based and practical. If you want change that feels deep yet gentle, we’ll work beautifully together. If you’re seeking quick fixes without self-reflection, or prefer approaches without embodiment or mindfulness elements, this may not be the best fit. My approach is ideal for people who value a holistic, person-centred way of working and are open to tools informed by NLP and mind-body practices.
