Julie set up her Career and Professional Development Coaching company in 2020 during the global pandemic, as she wanted to focus on working with people on a one to one basis to help them reach their full potential, building their confidence and professional expertise. Julie has worked as a coach since 2016, following her experience as an Area Operations Manager in the Education Sector and her own career transition when she became a Learning and Development Manager. She has experience in people management, organisational development, psychometric testing and recruitment. Her experience recruiting management and customer service personnel as well as a Head Teacher has given her an insight into employers' expectations. She is a supportive and respectful coach who develops a personalised programme for her clients, depending on their individual needs.
