Jumana Parveen

Jumana Parveen is a strategic transformation partner to organizations and leaders , a consultant, executive coach and corporate facilitator with over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of technology, leadership, and human transformation. Deeply people-oriented by nature, she has spearheaded large-scale organizational transformations by leveraging proven change technologies, strategic frameworks, and best-practice processes within complex, technology-driven environments.

Raised in Dubai, her first home, Jumana’s worldview has been shaped by strong family values, cultural diversity, and a deep sense of community and belonging.

With a foundation in B. Tech in Computer Science Engineering and an MBA, Jumana began her career in technology and leadership roles before consciously pivoting toward a people-centered path in Organizational Change and Transformational Leadership, based across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Over two decades, she has held strategic, tactical, and operational roles across industries including Aviation, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Automotive, Digital, and Healthcare.

Her global professional footprint includes work with Emirates Airline, ADNOC Oil & Gas, Royal Dutch Shell, Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, Al-Futtaim Group, Abu Dhabi Digital Authority, and most recently Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (Saudi Arabia). Working in highly complex environments alongside professionals from more than 30 nationalities, Jumana developed a nuanced understanding of human behaviour, leadership dynamics, and cultural intelligence.

While outwardly successful in the corporate world, Jumana felt a deeper calling toward human transformation. Coaching became a natural evolution—where strategy meets soul, structure meets depth, and performance meets purpose.

At the core of Jumana’s coaching philosophy are three transformative pillars:
owning your narrative, peak performance through emotional mastery, and women’s leadership with executive presence.

Her work empowers women to identify and rewrite the internal stories that limit them, cultivate emotional regulation grounded in self-trust, and lead with clarity, confidence, and authentic influence ~ whether in the boardroom, at home, or in their next life chapter.

Jumana is a Certified International NLP Trainer (ABNLP), NLP Business Coach (ANLP, UK), Organizational Change Management Practitioner, ICF-trained Coach, and an Intelligent Leadership Certified Executive Coach.

She has been recruited by the UAE Federal Government, collaborating with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) on a Future Business Tech Leaders Program, where she taught IT management frameworks, governance principles, and designed experiential learning journeys to develop the UAE national workforce. She has also been engaged by leading Saudi banking institutions to deliver leadership and management capability-building programs for the national workforce.

Across her career, Jumana has built Communities of Practice and Centres of Excellence in project management, service management and change management across Middle East government and private sectors. She has designed and facilitated conscious leadership mastery programs for women leaders from around the world. Today, she seamlessly integrates her two decades of IT and leadership experience with neuroscience, positive psychology, human change, and coaching to deliver sustainable, results-driven transformation for her clients.
