I’m a Trauma-Informed Wellbeing Coach working with adults who have experienced difficult or overwhelming events and want to understand themselves better and move forward.
My approach is calm, collaborative and bespoke. It recognises that every person has existing strengths, resources and the capacity for meaningful change, even when these may feel difficult to access. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space in which we can gently explore what may be keeping someone stuck and discover what could help them move forward.
The person I’m working with sets the agenda and the pace. Where appropriate, my work may incorporate Eye Movement Neurointegration (EMN), always within my professional scope of practice. EMN is a gentle yet powerful approach which can help reduce the emotional impact of difficult experiences. Meaningful change is possible without having to relive the past or disclose every detail of what happened.
I may also draw upon trauma-sensitive HeartMath techniques to help clients access positive emotional resources, rebuild emotional resilience and support greater nervous system balance.
I offer sessions in a private coaching space in Lowestoft and online.
