I am a certified Professional Coach, licensed NLP practitioner and professional member of ANLP with international leadership experience and expertise across the public and not for profit sectors. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies (Kingston) and a Masters in Business Administration (Open). I am an Executive Coach for Inclusive Boards and a course tutor for their leadership programme modules and digitial courses. My experience in international development (African elections, supporting women & girls into leadershIp) supports the insight into the challenges and demands made on minoritised people who are trying to get ahead!
