I spent years in a time-pressured work environment, to the detriment of other areas of my life, including my health and well-being, so I know how easy it is to suddenly realise that life seems to be passing you by without feeling fulfilled and without appreciation of the things that matter. It is so easy to forget to spend time on yourself with daily family and work pressures.

'You matter.' 'Time is precious.' 'Every moment counts.' All cliches but all true, and it's only when you allow yourself time to work out what you truly want can you start to live the life you deserve.

Whether it's a personal goal, such as feeling great on the inside and outside, a relationship with your partner, family member, boss or neighbour that's not as great as it should or could be. A career goal, such as that promotion, career change or upcoming presentation, you can achieve anything you want to. Perhaps you don't even know what you really want!
