Experienced, qualified coach using NLP supported by training in executive/life coaching, nutrition and the body/mind, to facilitate positive outcomes in all areas of your life.

I offer collaborative, supportive, one to one coaching to allow you a safe space to breathe, think, and explore options to make moving forward the exciting journey it should be. For you to feel confident in each step you take and in yourself, with a united body and mind working with you to ensure resilience whilst achieving your goal.

I am a NLP Practitioner, as well as a qualified executive and life coach with:

1. EXPERIENCE from years of coaching everyone from students to CEOs. Also as a criminal solicitor, I have personal experience of how difficult it can be to balance high-performance and high-pressure work demands, with resilience, happiness, and fulfillment.

2. KNOWLEDGE from my Personalised Nutrition MSc as to how our physiology and biochemistry impact our health, resilience, and ability to feel and perform at our best. I also know how to effectively communicate knowledge through years of lecturing.

3. UNDERSTANDING from my extensive training, both in Neurolinguistic Programming and from my ILM L7 (MSc level) in Executive Coaching. I have numerous tools and techniques to help facilitate change.

Coaching programs are created WITH you to ensure they are tailored specifically to your challenges and goals. It can include the removal of fears and insecurities that are holding you back, improving a relationship at work or home, and the uncovering and designing of goals that inspire and motivate you, whilst sustaining your energy and resilience. It will also empower you with tools and understanding of how your particular brain works and how best to utilise it to get what you want now and in the future. To ensure you thrive whilst achieving your goals.

Challenging, uplifting and empowering all at once

Rachel provided incredible support, firstly by helping me understand what coaching was about, so I could get the very best out of our sessions, and then by gently and patiently helping me face areas which I had been avoiding. She brings positivity to every session, no matter how sticky the topic, but doesn’t scrimp on accountability.
