Patricia shares her tips for increasing your happiness level: First, practice kindness. Select a day of the week on which you're going to carry out five acts of kindness, however small -anything from giving up your seat on the train to writing a thank you note. Have a 'kindness' day one day a week for six weeks and see what a difference it makes to the way you feel. Second, practice gratitude. Again, choose one day of the week, and on that day spend time savouring the things in your life that you're grateful for, like having good health, or great friends and family. Do this one day per week for the next six weeks....
