Debbie specializes in executive coaching and mentoring, employee engagement and change management. Her breadth of business experience and coaching expertise enable her to enhance leadership capability and impact whilst understanding the demands of the commercial and organizational environment. Debbie’s operational experience covers Research, Sales, Marketing and Corporate Communications. She has over 20 years’ in house experience, four years of which was as a Director of a global beverage company. She has been involved at a senior level in a range of communication and change management projects including acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, restructuring, relocation, a management buy‐out, MMC/OFT enquiries and global expansion and so understands the demands of the commercial environment.
