I have been a master NLP Practioner now for 2 years and have been working as a Coach here in Cawsand using NLP and also my Alcohol free, sober coaching skills. I love running my Alcohol free retreats here in The Woodlands which is an amazing house overlooking the sea using meditation,yoga and Nlp to help clients find '' the fun side of the Island'' 

I had a florist for 18 years in Buckinghamshire and have also worked freelance for wellknown florists and a few well known celebrities. My passion for flowers,plants and nature is brought through into my coaching. Its true joy to walk and talk through coaching outdoors and use NLP in my beautiful surroundings.

As a life and wellbeing coach my passion is alcohol and sober coaching helping my clients to find the absolute joy of an alcohol free life.

Helping my clients to ditch the booze really helps them also overcome anxieties, stress fears and phobias. I use my skills in NLP to help them realise they are not giving anything up, they are truly just gaining. 

I get so much pleasure out of seeing clients overcome their alcohol addiction and find a future "free from the chains of poison"

My coaching if not in the great outdoors here in Cornwall is on Zoom and i hopefully bring my passion of the outside into my coaching on zoom as well. I have had many great testimonials from zoom coaching. My enthusiasm as ive been told oozes through the screen!
