Hi I'm Loliya

I’m an NLP Practitioner, certified ACC ICF coach, registered nutritional therapist, nutrigenomics practitioner, personal trainer and Pilates teacher, based in North London. But more than the qualifications, what really drives me is helping women in midlife—especially those navigating perimenopause—feel strong, clear, and confident in both body and mind.

Like many of my clients, I didn’t glide through perimenopause—I had to rethink how I cared for myself. That experience taught me that this life stage asks more of us, but it can also give us so much in return. I discovered that lasting wellbeing isn’t just about one thing—it’s about the right combination of physical strength, nourishing food, emotional resilience, mindset, and rest. And it’s these elements I now bring together in my work with clients.

Through 1:1 coaching and small group programmes, I help women reconnect with their energy, feel less overwhelmed, sleep better, and start to move—and live—with more confidence and purpose. I support my clients to express their needs, set boundaries without guilt, and show up fully in their work, relationships, and leadership. This is about more than “wellness”—it’s about reclaiming your power and making this phase of life one of your most fulfilling.

My Vitality Coaching Programme is grounded in what I call the Five Pillars of Wellbeing: resistance training, nutrition, breathwork, Pilates, and coaching—underpinned by NLP to shift the beliefs and habits that hold us back. Whether you're looking to feel more like yourself again, or you're a midlife leader wanting to manage your energy and impact with clarity, this work is designed to support you from the inside out.
