ANLP Ethos

ANLP exists to support the development of professional, responsible NLP practice. Our ethos is built on three foundations.

ANLP Ethos

ANLP exists to support the development of professional, responsible NLP practice.

Our ethos is built on three foundations:

  • independence
  • professional standards
  • encouraging best practice

Together, these principles guide everything we do as an organisation.

Independence Matters

ANLP operates independently of any individual NLP training organisation.

This independence allows us to offer impartial guidance and balanced perspectives, helping both practitioners and the public navigate the field of NLP with greater clarity and confidence.

Because we are not aligned with a specific commercial training provider, our focus remains on supporting the profession as a whole.

Collaboration Across the Profession

ANLP maintains dialogue with a wide range of practitioners, trainers, organisations and professional bodies within the NLP field, both in the UK and internationally.

By listening to diverse perspectives across the profession, we are able to support the continued development of professional standards while maintaining our independence and impartiality.

Professional recognition grows when responsible practitioners stand together. At ANLP we often describe this as The Daffodil Principle.

A Shared Commitment to Good NLP

Our ethos naturally attracts practitioners who share our commitment to professionalism, responsibility and ethical practice.

We believe the future of NLP depends on encouraging responsible, ethical and professionally accountable practice.

When NLP is applied in this way, it has the potential to create meaningful impact across coaching, education, leadership development and personal change.
