Alison Craig

NLP Master Practitioner and Therapeutic Coach, helping people to feel better and do better in everyday life.

I have a 15-year career in Higher Education as well as running my own lifestyle health and wellness business for the past 10 years. I am qualified as an NLP Master Practitioner, Therapeutic Coach, and Menopause Coach, and am also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, recognising my work in supporting learning at university level.

I work with adults, mostly - but not exclusively - women, to support mental wellbeing, addressing common issues such as anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, and the effects of unhelpful beliefs and personal narratives, and to set and achieve goals. I also coach women at all stages of menopause from peri- to post-, to help them to deal with disruptive symptoms and to protect their physical health, mental wellbeing, relationships and sense of identity and purpose as they navigate this life transition. Women in pre-menopause can also be supported to prepare their bodies and minds for the impact of menopause. Additionally, I work with students to support life balance, learning, effective study strategies, and overall academic achievement.

I offer specialisms in mental wellbeing in daily life, menopause, and learning support.

I care about creating rapport, trust and the safe space that clients need to be able to fully, honestly explore what is happening in their lives and find the causes, solutions and strategies that have lain within them all the time, but which they just haven't seen before. Once they can access these, I will then support the changes in feelings, thoughts, behaviours and habits that can lead to radical transformation.

As a client, you can expect to feel supported in your journey with me, as I help you to explore those things that are affecting your happiness, wellbeing and function in your everyday life, and to find the resources and solutions that work for you.

After an initial 'onboarding' chat, I will ask you to sign up for a 6-session programme (6 x 60-90 mins), ideally scheduled on a weekly basis, but this can be adjusted if required. My programmes also provide you with the option of brief 'spot' coaching if questions crop up for you between sessions.

I offer coaching face-to-face where possible, or online.

Pricing for 6-week package available on request.

If you are interested in working with me, I offer an initial 30-minute consultation which is free of charge, and helps us to know whether we are a good 'fit' for what you are looking for.

I am a good fit for you if you are an adult looking for coaching to support personal wellbeing and troubleshoot problematic areas in your life, or if you are a younger person looking for support with learning, academic achievement and goal-setting, or simply with navigating the modern age.

I'm still working on this part of my profile.
