Maria El Ghaziri is the co-founder of Digitally Immune and a specialist in digital addiction, helping people overcome phone addiction, compulsive scrolling, binge-watching, and digital overconsumption. Her work combines behavioral change, coaching, and practical education, supported by certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Create Your Future® Coaching, Hypnotherapy, and Time Line Therapy®, an academic foundation in clinical psychology and international business, and 5 years of hands-on experience in sales and business development in the technology sector.
Maria is passionate about helping ambitious professionals, entrepreneurs, and creators build a healthier relationship with technology so they can feel a sense of freedom, take control of their time, become more focused, and achieve their dreams. Through Digitally Immune, she and her partner create educational content, a podcast, and a newsletter dedicated to helping people understand why digital overconsumption happens and how to change the identity patterns, habits, beliefs, and emotional triggers that keep them stuck.
Her work is especially focused on people who feel they are losing too much time to their phone, social media, scrolling, YouTube, Netflix, or other forms of digital distraction, and who have tried to control these habits before but failed. She helps clients identify the triggers behind their digital habits, uncover limiting beliefs, interrupt automatic patterns, and create practical routines that support focus, productivity, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
What sets Maria’s work apart is that she doesn’t believe long-term change should depend only on external friction solutions. She believes people can reach a state of “digital immunity,” where they no longer feel the internal urge or desire to overconsume. This creates congruency: a state of internal alignment, with no conflict between what they want and what they do. From that place, they can become the leader of their own life, feel truly free, and stay in control without constantly fighting themselves.
Clients can work with Maria to gain clarity on their digital habits, reduce compulsive screen use, strengthen motivation, and create a more intentional lifestyle. Her approach is practical, strategic, and action-oriented. It may include coaching conversations, NLP-based tools, hypnotherapy techniques, Time Line Therapy® techniques, mindset work, habit design, emotional pattern awareness, and simple behavioral strategies that can be applied in everyday life.
Maria’s work may be a good fit for people who are ready to take responsibility for their habits and want structured support to change the way they use technology. It is especially helpful for high-achieving individuals who know they are capable of more, but feel distracted, overstimulated, or delayed in reaching their goals because of digital overconsumption.
This work is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or crisis support. It may not be the right fit for people seeking diagnosis, treatment for severe mental health conditions, or clinical therapy. In those cases, Maria encourages clients to seek support from a licensed mental health professional. Her work is best suited for people who want an intensive, immersive experience designed to create deep and lasting change around digital habits, identity, behavior, and personal development. Rather than working through long-term weekly sessions, Maria’s approach is typically delivered through approximately 8–10 hours of transformational coaching, spread over a few focused days.
