Hi I’m Emma,

​A long time ago now, I was let into a secret – a secret that literally changed my life. That secret was NLP.

It is now my mission in life to spread this secret far and wide – to help you to live a happier and more fulfilled life. Whether you are an entrepreneur, a business owner, a manager, a parent, an educator, a health worker, a coach, somebody who wants to help others…or indeed just committed to getting back in the driving seat of your own life, I can help.

The way I run my business is like a family – once you have trained with us, you are one of us (if you choose to be!).  You become part of a close-knit, supportive community who will become your cheerleaders!

I create a safe, supportive and fun space for you to discover who you REALLY are once all the “shoulds” and “musts” and “have tos” have been removed. I will support you to look deep inside yourself and ask yourself THAT question: what do I really want?  And I will teach you the tools and techniques to get there.

Alongside my NLP training qualifications, I have over 30 years of business experience in the public and private sector, an MBA (Masters Degree in Business Administration) and an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. That means that I approach my training with insight and strategy gleaned from multiple industries and disciplines. And that means that YOU can be sure that you are receiving professional training at the highest level.

I am here to help you achieve your greatness. I’m so excited to meet you and share your journey of self-discovery.

NLP Master Practitioner Training & continued support

I met Emma when I needed help with a presentation - performing my best friend's unofficial wedding ceremony. After just one session, I learned how to anchor calm, as previously my nerves had prevented me from being able to speak without feeling like my heart was going to burst through my rib-cage.

This session lead to an informative NLP Intro Day, leading to the Practitioner course, then most recently the Master Practitioner course.

Emma's training is meticulously thought-out, energetic, supportive and thought-inducing.

I continue my training with Emma, as her knowledge is always growing and I tend to benefit from her learnings (which then filter out to my closest friends and family).

I now run an NLP based coaching company as a result of meeting Emma. I have stayed friends with many people from the courses and I am very grateful for these connections.

I was fortunate to attend the NLP Practitioner and Business NLP practitioner courses run by Emma at Achieve Your Greatness. The experience was amazing. It was a journey in itself. Emma's knowledge and experience is second to none and she delivers the course in a very detailed and thorough manner. Add to all this a series of fun anecdotes to illustrate the learnings and practice with other members and you end with a memorable experience and fantastic tools and processes to further your journey into self development and coaching. Without a doubt, I would recommend you to learn NLP with Emma. Her dedication to NLP and sharing her knowledge coupled with her obvious passion make it an experience not to be missed! Learning NLP through Achieve Your Greatness

I first embarked on my NLP journey in April 2019. It was a subject that had interested me for a while, but non of the courses had really appealed... until I met Emma that is.

Emma is a superb advocate for NLP. She is passionate and full of energy, yet calm, and it's very apparent from the start that she knows her topic!

Emma's company, Achieve Your Greatness' offers an Introduction to NLP which is a fantastic way to whet your appetite before undertaking the next steps of the Diploma or Practitioner. Emma's method of teaching is fun and well structured. I'm now looking forward to doing my Business Practitioner in the near future. Thank you Emma for all of your support to date, I have throughly enjoyed the journey.

Amazing support and endless teaching

I have the privilege to learn and had 3 courses with Emma McNally, she is always very careful when teaching and offer proper training with practical experiences during our classes. Live and personal examples are used and provide us great learning. She also open her classes for re-visit items that we've learned already, what makes us feel very open to ask new questions as well. The interesting thing is observe her consistence, in teaching with same quality and always open for questions and demonstrations. She also provide the monthly get together, with NLP practitioners, and we have a great chance to review and practice techniques and knowledge, in a dif way and environment. Lately, with Corona virus lock down she has being running hug night, where we practice self help/support. we listen each other and suggest some NLP tools, always with great guidance from Emma. Its Amazing how she promotes the people join us, share possible feelings and within us, practice and support. She has being doing an amazing job!

I first met the lovely bubbly Emma at a business women’s networking event and later had the opportunity to spend the day with her at a business conference and get to know her even better. After hearing her talk to lots of people throughout that day about what she did for organisations and individuals in the field of NLP I knew we would be spending a lot more time together.

Since training and qualifying as a Life Coach in 2010 I’d really wanted to add NLP to my tool kit. I thought I understood the power of NLP however, the more you learn the more you realise there’s so much more to the techniques.

I attended one of Emma’s NLP taster courses and then booked onto the next couple of courses and in August 2017 qualified as a NLP Practitioner. Emma is an incredible trainer and master coach and trains at both the conscious and unconscious level. Her understanding of the techniques is superb and because of her in-depth knowledge of NLP she was able to create and offer a really safe and comfortable environment to learn. I’ve only started to understand the benefits of NLP however it’s already proven to be valuable for my business and personally and I’m enjoying the journey thanks to Emma.
