A handy little book-handbag or pocket size- for the lay person who is interested in self-help. At the end of each chapter there is a simple exercise to try in order to apply the theory. It also has some case studies to bring the words on the pages to life and some nice little phrases that stick in the mind and act as motivational hooks.
