My name is Cherelle, I am a holistic wellbeing training consultant and coach with over 20 years of experience supporting people across sectors, including health and wellbeing, mental health, corporate wellness, education, disability services, and personal development.
I am a certified NLP Practitioner and Life Coach, as well as certified in wellness coaching, corporate wellness coaching, and Time Line Therapy™. I am also an approved MHFA England Instructor Member and have spent many years delivering training, coaching, mentoring, and wellbeing support to individuals, teams, and organisations.
My work combines practical wellbeing strategies with mindset coaching, emotional resilience, communication skills, confidence building, nervous system regulation, and personal transformation. I am particularly passionate about creating psychologically safe spaces where people feel heard, respected, and empowered.
As someone living with long-term health conditions and hidden disabilities, I also bring lived experience, empathy, and a strong commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility into my work.
