Hi I’m Emma,

​A long time ago now, I was let into a secret – a secret that literally changed my life. That secret was NLP.

It is now my mission in life to spread this secret far and wide – to help you to live a happier and more fulfilled life. Whether you are an entrepreneur, a business owner, a manager, a parent, an educator, a health worker, a coach, somebody who wants to help others…or indeed just committed to getting back in the driving seat of your own life, I can help.

The way I run my business is like a family – once you have trained with us, you are one of us (if you choose to be!).  You become part of a close-knit, supportive community who will become your cheerleaders!

I create a safe, supportive and fun space for you to discover who you REALLY are once all the “shoulds” and “musts” and “have tos” have been removed. I will support you to look deep inside yourself and ask yourself THAT question: what do I really want?  And I will teach you the tools and techniques to get there.

Alongside my NLP training qualifications, I have over 30 years of business experience in the public and private sector, an MBA (Masters Degree in Business Administration) and an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. That means that I approach my training with insight and strategy gleaned from multiple industries and disciplines. And that means that YOU can be sure that you are receiving professional training at the highest level.

I am here to help you achieve your greatness. I’m so excited to meet you and share your journey of self-discovery.

NLP Practitioner Course

Emma McNally was a superb NLP trainer. I chose to do the Practitioner Course because I was very keen to see how I could use NLP to help me in my personal and professional life. I was also interested in finding out how I could use NLP to support the children who I work with because I am primary school teacher. Wow what a course. Not only do I get to learn some amazing stuff...Emma is simply one of the best trainers I have ever had!!
I have ADHd and High Functioning Autism, she was supportive and I never felt any different from anyone else there. Equally I learned loads to help me and others with these conditions.
Lessons are fun and at a pace for everyone. We laughed lots!! What better way to learn!
I cannot recommend this course and indeed any training with Emma more.
I'm already signed up for the Master Practitioner in the New Year and will be doing other courses in time too.

NLP Practitioner Course - Absolutely Fabulous!!

A friend had told me about NLP and a day session she had done with Emma a while back, and then my manager wanted me to read up on it for work. I was curious to know more, so my friend sent me the information to join a taster course. At first, I was not sure what I was looking for, but at the end of the taster session I knew I wanted to know more about this amazing practice.

I did the taster session and I felt comfortable with Emma’s way of explaining the basics of NLP and knew I would be safe in learning more about the practices, but also the personal journey I would be going on.

Emma explained the theory of each technique with a supporting manual. For each technique, she did a thorough demo each time to ensure we knew exactly how to practice the technique and also recorded each subject and loaded them onto Slack for us to listen to assist our revision for the exam.

The course has been a very personal journey on discovering the behaviours that have been less than helpful in my life and work on replacing them with resourceful ones. It has also helped me in my work with communicating to colleagues and clients and also have the confidence to deliver change sessions with confidence.

NLP Practitioner course

I came to the course to refresh my skills as I had done Practitioner before a few years previously. Also, I had just been through some personal change and was fairly sure the course would help me in general life too.
I had met Emma initially through a networking group called EBN. I then did a day course with her called ‘Identity by design’ which was great and I really liked Emma’s style.
She goes into depth using story telling as a way to introduce a concept and bring it to life. All techniques were demonstrated first before letting us loose to practise. This process really helped to take in and learn the various models and techniques as a practitioner but also provided the opportunity to work on some areas for myself.
What I now have is a toolbox of resources or to be more colourful, a sweetshop full of goodies. With some being my ‘go to’ favourites but others that could be useful in different situations. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and found that Emma’s positive energy was infectious and created an upbeat vibe within the group. I’d highly recommend it.

Wonderful Training Experience with Emma McNally

I’ve always been curious to find out more about how the mind works, how to make the most of life’s opportunities and if there are ways to help avoid previous experiences having a negative affect on one’s personal life and career. A friend of mine was studying NLP with Emma and told me about how much she was enjoying it and benefitting from it. I was immediately intrigued and started on my NLP Diploma with Emma as soon as I could and have now qualified as an NLP Practioner. Emma’s training has been great: engaging, fun, supportive and caring. Most of my training was in face to face classes but the end of my Practioner course was done on-line. This worked really well and Emma managed to provide the same experience as the face to face lessons, with the added help of recorded material available through Slack online. Right from the first class I learned helpful techniques that I could immediately apply and now I have a whole suite of tools that I have used and will continue to use to not only help me but also the teams I work with.

Great course, loads of fun and loads of learning all delivered in an very practical and fun way with a great mix of theory and practical with time to review each technique and each day's training to great effect.
