Anup says

My NLP journey began as a personal quest to understand human behaviour, leadership effectiveness, and the inner architecture that drives decision-making. With a foundation in engineering and a deepening interest in psychology, I was always curious about what truly enables people to transform-not just change temporarily. NLP offered me a powerful lens to decode patterns, language, and internal states. Over the years, what started as curiosity evolved into a lifelong path of practice, mastery, and teaching. Today, NLP remains the heart of my work-an ever-expanding field that continues to deepen my understanding of people and possibility.

For me NLP answers a very simple yet power question – what is the difference that makes the difference?

I draw inspiration from two – very complementary worlds-NLP and spiritual wisdom.

From NLP, I owe my greatest learnings to the trainers who shaped my path. I am proud to be closely associated with SK Consultancy, led by Mr. Suren Kolkankar, the First International Master Trainer of ABNLP from India and ANLP International CIC’s Brand Ambassador for NLP in India. Also internationally renowned NLP Masters such as Robert Smith and Liz Bailey from Treacle Academy, UK.

From the world of spiritual practice, I am deeply influenced by Yogic principles and the teachings of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji. Meditation, breathwork, and the philosophy of equanimity guide my facilitation style-calm presence, intuitive listening, and the ability to hold space for deep inner work. My most meaningful insights come from integrating NLP with these consciousness-based practices.

Being a member of ANLP is both a professional honour and a personal commitment. It connects me to a global community dedicated to maintaining the integrity, ethics, and scientific credibility of NLP. Membership keeps me aligned with international best practices, encourages continuous learning, and reinforces my responsibility as an NLP Master Trainer to uphold high training standards.

To me, ANLP is a professional anchor. It reminds me that every certification I deliver carries the weight of global quality, ethical practice, and authentic transformation. My mission is to help develop the next generation of NLP trainers and practitioners who represent NLP with excellence, humility, and genuine impact.
