During this action learning session, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with others on the course to enhance your learning.
The course is designed to give you an in-depth understanding of how to coach others, along with the practice to enable you to be highly competent in this area. By the end of the course, you will have the tools as well as the experience to coach others in a professional and effective manner.
This course is for coaches and mentors, or anyone who has an interest in coaching and mentoring and wants to enhance their ability through having the confidence of a qualification that is recognized in the business world. It is also for managers, leaders, and professionals within organizations who are looking to develop a coaching style and skill set to use with team members, clients and/or stakeholders.
Note: There is an option to complete this qualification alongside the Level 5 'Coaching Professional' apprenticeship qualification, subject to certain eligibility criteria. If you meet the criteria, significant funding is available through the Apprenticeship Levy. Please message me to find out more.
Action Learning Sessions are about enhancing and deepening your learning experience whilst on the course. These half-day sessions online will enable you to learn from others, share your own experiences, and ask any questions so you can get the very best from the course.
