Growing up in 1970s Belfast was a cathartic experience for Martin Snoddon. Armed to defend his neighbourhood at 16, in prison by 20, Martin then had time to reflect and to explore his options. From the ‘University of Long Kesh’ came a man determined that his own son should not have to live as he had. He chose the difficult and often dangerous path of peace and peacemaking. Now, in his 50s, Martin tells Andy Coote how he uses Symbolic Modelling, Clean Questions and NLP to resolve conflicts in a better way....
