At the time of completing this model we were all in the midst of a pandemic. This was a particular moment in time where uncertainty was more common than certainty for many people. For some, this uncertainty was and still is occurring in contexts of life where until now they have mostly been surrounded with certainty. This has resulted in people being caught off guard, not possessing the required strategies to deal with what they face.
