ANLP Membership – Core Requirements

It’s in the title really…NLP is an unregulated industry and so ANLP has a framework to work within so that you can self-regulate.  It gives confidence to your clients and potential clients to know that your details are checked to make sure you meet the criteria for being a Member...and we do check!

These are the core requirements for being a Member of ANLP…if you are lacking in any of these areas, you will NOT be accepted as a Member. ANLP Membership Core Requirements

We have set these core requirements for several reasons:

To ensure that anyone who is accepted as a Member has received live training from a school or institute that we recognise for their high standards of tuition and instruction

Until we have better methods for assessing competence, one of the few standards we can rely on is the number of hours of live training (either “in-person, onsite” or virtual via video that is still live and interactive).

NB Video and Audio recordings can be used for revision or as an adjunct to the live training but cannot count towards the core hours of live training required.

We also require the three testimonials (six for Trainer level) from clients or for your trainer to give their endorsement for you as a student, so that we can further verify that you are competent at the level of certification you have been given.

Core requirements means exactly that.  If you don’t have what’s required, we cannot accept you as a Member.

We get applications each month that we turn down for Membership because they do not meet the core requirements - we do as much due diligence as possible on our Members to make sure ANLP remains the home of ethical NLP Professionals.

When you do become a Member, it is something to promote to your potential client…your NLP Certificates have been independently checked and verified in order for you to get ANLP Membership.
