NLPtCA

To support members who work within the therapeutic and clinical environment, we are forming a collaborative relationship with NLPtCA, the Neurolinguistic Psychotherapy and Counselling Association, who already specialise in therapeutic applications of NLP and are an accrediting body for the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

NLPtCA and ANLP are building a mutually supportive relationship to support those working in therapy based NLP, so they have the appropriate support structures and guidelines in place, which are tailored to suit their particular areas of expertise.

Extract from the NLPtCA website:

NLPtCA is a not-for-profit company which gives professional support to NLP psychotherapists and counsellors. We also provide a central point for public information about NLP Psychotherapy and a public directory of practitioners.

The NLPtCA is not a certification body. It exists to:

  • Develop and maintain standards for the practice of Neurolinguistic Psychotherapy and Counselling interests.
  • Monitor the activities and further the interest of its members.
  • Represent the interests of NLPtCA to other professional and regulatory authorities engaged in the field of psychotherapy and counselling.
  • Promote Neurolinguistic Psychotherapy and Counselling to a wider public and to further the use of the techniques, training and practice of NLPt in personal development.
