A great book for anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of belief systems and belief change work for health and wellness. You can find some really useful information points on the elements of reality and beliefs, and the key things to look out for when doing change work with your clients. I found the lessons on change ecology to be really helpful in deepening my practice with clients and supporting them to make changes.
The authors take you through some really impacting techniques, step by step with clear guidance and demonstrations. I will definitely be referring back to this book time and time again.
