Alison Richardson

Primarily a people person, Alison has a real passion for helping individuals succeed. She firmly believes that the key differentiator for success is the performance and motivation of individuals, and is excited about working with them to ensure they maximise potential.

She is a qualified coach, achieving a distinction in her Advanced Diploma in Professional Coaching and is also a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy(tm) as well as an NLP Master coach. She enjoys coaching on a one to one basis, and has successfully delivered over 900 hours of coaching in the last ten years. She also delivers workshops and training courses on personal development topics and is a qualified Thomas International Practitioner delivering the DISC Personality Profile and the Emotional Intelligence profile.

She believes in working with people and providing them with tools which empower them and allow them to continue their own development once the coaching completes.

Alison also has extensive business experience gained over 25 years, predominantly in the IT industry, with the diversity that comes from working with every size of organisation from blue chip companies, to many smaller businesses, and also from running her own company. She gained a Post-Graduate diploma in Strategic Business Coaching in 2009 and is totally comfortable working within business or with private clients.
