Sadaf Khwaja

As the Founder and Owner of Clear Horizon Consultancy, Sadaf is a US qualified and certified Careers and Guidance Counselor and Academic Coach with a Masters in NLP. With a combination of self-healing, coaching and unique brain re-training modalities, youth and parents experience a phenomenal deeper connection with emotional wellbeing for each other. She currently resides in Abu Dhabi, UAE and leads a support group called “Abu Dhabi Moms of Teens,” to educate and empower mothers, to eliminate their suffering from their limiting beliefs about teen parenting.
Sadaf Khwaja’s primary passion lies in bringing families together by addressing the “Teenage Brain” and its impact on parenting. There is nothing more liberating than freeing yourself from "preconceived notions" about the Teen Brain as being just a reckless, risky phase in life. She works intimately with her clients in creating family systems to primarily recognize the teenage brain is not fully developed until late 20’s. She is a strong advocate on “What works, and what does not” in Teen Parenting. Old patterns of pain, misery, misunderstanding and hardship are released and replaced by authentic, healthy, loving and meaningful relationships between parents and adolescents for a lifetime.
