What is NLP ? Neuro Linguistic Programming is an approach which enables us to speak to the subconscious mind using language that changes your way of thinking. It is particularly useful in helping with anxiety, stress, weight problems, fears and phobias, quitting bad habits , OCD, removing limiting beliefs, creative blocks, self esteem, self confidence and much more.

What is Metamorphic Technique? The Metamorphoric Technique revitalises the life energy that is inside us.
“ When we are walking along a mountain’s path, if we have a heavy bag, we walk and just look at our feet.... With the Metamorphosis, little by little, we lighten our bag of life, and we start to see flowers along the path, the trees, and the splendid valley... and one day, we can either change the path... In short, we are still climbing the same mountain but everything has been changed.... “In the practice of the Metamorphic Technique the practitioner uses a light touch on the feet, hands and head. Metamorphic Technique practitioners do not impose their will or seek to direct the recipient’s life force in any way. An environment can then emerge in which the power and intelligence, that are already inherent in the life of the person, will be the best guiding factor for the unique life that the person already is. Some people may wish to talk, whilst others prefer to be quiet. There is no need for practitioners to know about your personal or medical history. The Technique is gentle, is easy to learn and, since no special ability or background is needed, it is accessible to everyone.

What is CBT?
CBT is the combination of Cognitive therapy, and Behavioural Therapy. Thus the basic goals of CBT work are:
• To change the way the client perceives things to a more positive or appropriate way.
• To alter the client behaviours to create more positive outcomes.
It should be noted, that we seek to change perceptions and behaviours to those appropriate for the client. In other words we are not in the business of telling clients what to think or do! We are instead in the business of helping them to develop thinking and doing patterns that work for them! Thus much of the process is based on choice development, in particular helping the client to come up with new possible models that suit them. Our greatest challenge therefore is to empower and enable these changes.
