Therapy can be an emotional journey, requiring both commitment and emotional investment. I am able to offer an initial free, non-committal, consultation to all my clients. I only wish to work with people that my services will aid. The free consultation ensures that we are both happy to work together. It enables us to use the time to set goals and make the most effective use of our sessions.
I run a successful and diverse private/group therapy practice which offers individual therapy for addictions, fears and phobias, emotions, stress ,health related issues ,life improvement and enhancement techniques.
